Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Pristine State: Items must be free from stains, odors, or any damage not present at the time of delivery.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or communication proof is required for all transactions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Personal Care: Diapers, wipes, lotions, shampoos, and powders.
- Feeding & Oral Care: Pacifiers, teethers, bottles, sippy cups, and related accessories.
- Apparel: Undergarments and swimwear.
The Return Process

- Package: Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
- Inspection: Once received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.
- Resolution: Approved returns will be processed within 1 business day. You may choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange (subject to stock availability).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Email us photos of the defect at [email protected]. In these instances, we will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
